Rakucar (Rakujoten Co., Ltd.) provides traffic safety education and indoor simulator learning for foreign residents in Japan. Our program helps learners understand Japan’s traffic rules, road signs, and safety culture, address common risks caused by language and driving-culture differences, and build consistent safety-check behaviors to reduce accident risk.
This service is conducted indoors using an indoor simulator (not a real vehicle). No on-road practice or real-vehicle driving instruction is provided. It is not a driving school service, not intended as exam preparation, and offers no pass or license guarantee.
